La capitaneará Linyang Zhang, experta en gestión empresarial y que suma en España más de siete años de experiencia en dirección estratégica e implantación de mercados de firmas exportadoras agroalimentarias. Linyang Zhang trabaja en la actualidad en el Grupo Kimitec, que este verano se convertirá en la primera enseña del ‘modelo Almería’ en implantarse en el gigante chino.

Ana y yo conversamos con Linyang en las instalaciones de Kimitec en Roquetas de Mar (Almería) y al término de la entrevista nos queda claro que la China actual es bien distinta del estereotipo de economía cerrada y autárquica que durante años ha acompañado la imagen del país más poblado del mundo. China hoy día es una potencia abierta al mundo, que favorece la llegada de capital extranjero, incluso con incentivos, y que supone una gran oportunidad de crecimiento para las empresas españolas más innovadoras.

“Es un mercado abierto, con seguridad jurídica, de hecho el gobierno chino favorece la inversión extranjera”, comenta Linyang Zhang, “una vez que la empresa se instala puede acceder a incentivos fiscales y subvenciones”.

Verano de 2017

La implantación física de Kimitec, previsiblemente en el área de Shanghai, está prevista para este próximo verano. Un equipo técnico, de gestión y marketing operará bajo la dirección de Linyang Zhang. “Estos meses atrás hemos realizado una intensa prospección de mercado, analizando los posibles nichos en los que Kimitec puede aportar soluciones de valor añadido, como ocurre en la protección de cultivos sin residuos a través de Agrocode, ya que China quiere transitar hacia una agricultura con menos químicos, sin residuos, más sostenible y orgánica; y ahí nosotros podemos aportar mucho”, describe.

En realidad, Zhang está describiendo el actual plan quinquenal del gobierno chino (2015-2020) que establece los principios anteriormente descritos y en los que se propugna una agricultura más respetuosa con el medio ambiente, más productiva y con mayores garantías de seguridad alimentaria.

Bajo dichas premisas, la implantación de Kimitec en China pretende abordar tres grandes escenarios. Por un lado, en microbiología de suelos soluciones que mejoren la calidad de los frutos, en parámetros de aroma, sabor o color; en biopesticidas, soluciones que reduzcan los residuos; y en fertilizantes y nutrición orgánica, soluciones más tecnológicas que eleven la productividad.

Sobre este último aspecto, Zhang subraya que “actualmente la exportación es un asunto secundario en China, la mejora en la agricultura va destinada a alimentar a la propia población china. Por eso, es necesario obtener una mayor productividad, unida a garantías de seguridad alimentaria, un aspecto que forma parte de la política de Estado”.

Socio local

El Grupo Kimitec operará en China de la mano de un socio local que facilitará la penetración de la compañía andaluza en este complejo mercado asiático. “Cada provincia china es como España, en China de norte a sur están todos los climas y todos los tipos de agriculturas, así que en su conjunto China es un mercado muy heterogéneo y diversificado”, señala quien será responsable de la filial de Kimitec en este lugar del mundo, “desde hace décadas la agricultura es un sector estratégico para China, un país que se ha abierto al resto del mundo”.

El peso del sector agrícola chino en el escenario global no deja lugar a dudas. China es el primer productor de alimentos que son estratégicos, como arroz o trigo; produce también un tercio de todos los frutales del planeta y hasta un 55% de los hortícolas mundiales. Por ejemplo, Shandong es la mayor zona productora de hortalizas del planeta; y en producción de frutales sobresalen las provincias de Yunan, Guangdong o Zhejiang.

Y en dirección a este coloso camina el Grupo Kimitec, una firma almeriense que en estos últimos años ya se ha implantado con éxito en otros países como Chile y Brasil.

The first ‘Almeria model’ company in China

Linyang Zhang, an expert in business management, will guide the project. She is in Spain for over seven years, with an experience in strategic management and establishment of exporting agri-food companies markets. Linyang Zhang currently works in the Kimitec Group, which this summer will become the first ‘Almeria model’ flagship in China.

Ana and I had a meeting with Linyang in Kimitec’s facilities in Roquetas de Mar (Almería). By the end of the interview, it became clear to us that China, nowadays, has nothing to do with the previous country renowned for its closed and autarkic economy.  Today, China is a major power open to the world that fosters the foreign capital entrance, even with incentives. That represents a growth opportunity for the most innovative Spanish companies.

«It is an open market with a legal certainty. In fact, the Chinese government encourages the foreign investment», as describes Linyang Zhang. «Once the company is established, it can access the tax incentives and subsidies.»

Summer 2017

The Kimitec’s physical implementation is expected for this summer, predictably in Shanghai. Linyang Zhang will lead the technical, management and marketing team. «These previous months we conducted an extensive market research, analyzing the possible niches in which Kimitec can provide value-added solutions. As China wants to move towards a more sustainable and organic agriculture, with fewer chemicals and no wastes, we can make a very positive contribution with our Agrocode’s crop protections with no residues«, Linyang describes.

In fact, Zhang is describing the current five-year plan of the Chinese government (2015-2020) which sets the principles above mentioned. They encourage an agriculture more respectful with the environment, more productive and with greater assurance of food safety.

Under these assumptions, the Kimitec’s establishment in China aims to deal with three major scenarios. On the one hand, we have the soil microbiology solutions to improve the fruit’s quality, aroma, taste or color.  Then, the Biopesticides provide solutions to reduce the wastes. Moreover, after that, with fertilizers and organic nutrition, we get more technological solutions to improve the productivity.

About this last aspect, Zhang emphasizes, «currently, the exportation is a secondary issue in China, as the agriculture improvement is aimed to feed China’s population. That’s why it is necessary to obtain a higher productivity joined with food safety guarantees, an aspect that is part of the state policy «.

Local partner

The Kimitec Group counts with a local partner in China to facilitate the Andalusian company penetration in this complex Asian market. «Every Chinese province is like Spain, from north to south there are different weathers and types of agriculture. So, China is a very heterogeneous and diversified market», says the responsible for the subsidiary of Kimitec, «the Agriculture is a strategic sector for China for decades, in a country that has opened to the world.»

We cannot contest the importance of the Chinese agricultural sector on the global stage. China is the first strategic-foods producer, such as rice or wheat; it also produces a third of all the fruit trees on the planet and up to 55% of the world’s horticultural. For example, Shandong is the largest vegetable-producing region on the planet; and the fruit trees production exceeds the Yunan, Guangdong and Zhejiang provinces.

The Kimitec Group walks through this giant. We are talking about an ‘almeriense’ firm that in these last few years has already been successfully established in other countries such as Chile and Brazil.

 “阿尔梅里亚模式”将在中国诞生

第一位将“阿尔梅里亚先进模式”引进到中国的是我们近期所采访到的这位张琳阳女士。张女士曾获得西班牙官方大学工商管理学硕士学位并亲自参与过多家西班牙知名企业进入中国时的公司组建与市场拓展，拥有超过7年中国区企业发展战略决策及市场营销的领导经验。现今，阿尔梅里亚Kimitec集团有幸邀请到她的加盟，张琳阳女士将作为第一位把西班牙阿尔梅里亚本土的公司推向中国这个巨型国际舞台的领军人物。

我和安娜受约张琳阳女士的邀请，来到阿尔梅里亚Roquetas de Mar上的Kimitec集团总部参观，我们的采访在一个轻松愉悦的氛围下进行了，采访结束时，通过跟张女士的对话，我们对中国市场乃至中国这个国家有了重新的深刻认识，她让我们了解到中国是一个完全开放的国度并有着完全自主的市场经济地位，中国政府在加入世贸组织以后，一贯支持并坚守保护外国企业在中国市场的合法自主经营地位的原则，中国各地区的地方政府也更是大力响应贯彻国家政策方针，鼓励地方企业走出国门招商引资。她还强调并指出，现在中国中央政府加大对创新或科技含量高的新型企业的扶持与帮助，这对于尤其像Kimitec集团这样的外国优秀企业，是一个不可多得的良机。

“中国市场是一个完全向世界开放的市场，中国政府对待外国企业及外国资本会和本国企业及国内资本一视同仁，中国政府完全尊重并保护任何合法的外资机构进入中国，并且保证他们在中国市场上的合法经营。” 张琳阳女士还补充到，“一旦外国企业在中国按法定程序成立公司以后，用合法的中国公司资质可以享有到一系列的优惠政策，比如所得税地区优惠、新办生产性外商投资企业优惠、基础产业税优惠及鼓励兴办出口企业和先进技术企业的优惠等等”。

2017年下半年规划

Kimitec集团从建立初期就从来没有放慢它的国际化脚步，对于中国市场这个世界农业大国市场，该集团更是把其作为企业战略扩张的重点市场。张琳阳女士告诉我们，Kimitec集团预计将在今年下半年完成在中国的公司组建，跨出正式迈向中国市场的第一步。届时，在张女士的代领组织下，Kimitec将会在中国以一个由市场部、销售部和营销部组成的完善的现代企业姿态展现给中国农资消费者。她还说到，“去年我们花了将近一年的时间单单用来研究和调研中国市场，我们秉持着认真审慎的态度对待这个市场，希望以此能找到我们企业最恰当的切入点。我们的调查结果令人欣喜，中国消费者及农资界人士都在认同中国市场的转型期的表现，也就是说从传统农业到现代农业的转变，再者，国家和人民更加提倡的是绿色环保的有机农业产品，人民在吃饱的同时，不断对农产品的品质也有更高的要求。这一点对于我们集团旗下的子公司Agrocode来说，是再好不过的了，因为我们的生物农药系列产品追求的就是无残留、零污染、更环保的理念，这和中国农资市场现在的需求刚好不谋而合。”

事实上，张女士还补充到这也正是中国中央政府最新的五年计划所指出的大势所趋（2015-2020），中国政府提到要严格做到2020年化肥农药零增长的实现，要最大限度地降低农业污染，提高农产品质量安全，减少农民的农业生产投入，坚持走农业的可持续性发展之路的战略政策。

张琳阳女士对Kimitec集团在中国的长久驻足抱有坚定的信心。她说道，一方面，我们的微生物菌肥可以保证土壤的养分需求，提高土壤肥力和完善作物在外形、色泽、味道以及气味上的品质; 另一方面，我们集团研发的生物农药可以用有机的方式保护作物不受病虫的侵害，这样就直接解决了化学农药的污染问题。

关于最后一点，她还强调说：“三农问题是一直是中国政府任务中的重中之重，中国作为一个要养活全世界四分之一人口吃饭的国家，农业从过去到现在并且在将来总会作为中国政府治国重心中的首要任务之一。”

中国的合作伙伴

Kimitec集团在中国将会找到一个合作伙伴，这也是多数外国企业进入中国时采用的最多的并且也是最有保障的方法之一，张女士指出。“中国有的一个省的市场就相当于西班牙一个国家这么大的面积，但与此同时，中国市场又有着极为特殊的复杂性和多变性，如此地大物博的一个国家，农资产品种类数不胜数，我们需要在这样一个市场竞争激烈的国家中生存并且成功，必须找到一个优秀可靠的合作伙伴”。

中国在国际农业市场的地位也是毋庸置疑。现在，中国的粮食、棉花、油料、水果、肉类、禽蛋、水产品、蔬菜等产量均居世界首位。中国的山东省是著名的水果、蔬菜产地。其他省份例如云南、广东、浙江等等也有着很重要的经济作物区地位。

张琳阳女士最后跟我们说的一句结束语，深深地刻在了我们脑海里。她说，“我希望把Kimitec带入中国，并且我希望Kimitec成为中国。”我们相信，在她的代领下，再加上该集团之前在其它海外市场上的丰富经验，Kimitec中国的成功将指日可待。
